That old bard knows a song or two,
He will sing a song for you,
If the melody is true,
Will you hum it too?
The first song he’ll play,
He’ll play it all day,
This song, you could say,
Will make you young and fey.
He’ll tell a tale of full sails,
Of hills and vales, and holy grails,
Of coffin-nails,
And laughing whales.
The second tune,
That he will croon,
Will draw a tear from you,
And lure a crow’s coo.
It will make you think,
It will make you sink,
Tied to a damp brick,
To the dusty floor of the sea.
